What a credit covers

Each credit covers one focused SEO question, a personalized answer, and one related follow-up. SEO questions only. Implementation, major audits, and ongoing management are quoted separately.

What you provide

Customers must provide accurate, complete, relevant information (URLs, location, goals, recent changes, screenshots). Incomplete or inaccurate information limits the usefulness and accuracy of the answer. Never send passwords or credentials.

Billing

Prepaid purchase. Unused credits never expire. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Unused credits never expire.

Answers

Answers are personalized SEO guidance, reviewed and approved by an experienced SEO professional. We may use AI tools to assist with research and drafting, but every answer is reviewed, tailored, and approved by an SEO professional before you receive it. We do not provide automatic AI answers.
