• Audit inquiries: the name, email, website, and concerns you submit through the audit inquiry form.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver the service: to authenticate your account, hold your question balance, store your questions and answers, credit purchases after a verified payment, send service and answer-ready notifications, and respond to support and audit inquiries.

Services we use

• Managed authentication, database, and private storage: your account, question and answer records, balance ledger, and uploaded attachments are stored with our hosted providers. Authorized access is needed to provide and support the service.
• CRM and messaging: used for customer relationship management, answer-ready email delivery, and payment checkout.
• Stripe: processes payment card transactions. The portal does not store your raw card details.
• Email delivery: transactional and answer-ready emails are sent through our messaging provider to the email address on your account.

Browser storage and cookies

Browser storage and cookies support sign-in, security, preferences, and checkout. Your question balance and request records are maintained on our servers.

Authentication

Our authentication provider handles your sign-in credentials. We do not have access to your password.

Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain your non-expiring question credits, keep records of purchases and answers, protect security, and meet legal obligations.

AI assistance

We may share your submitted questions, URLs, and screenshots with ChatGPT and other AI service providers to assist with research, analysis, and drafting. An SEO professional reviews, tailors, and approves each answer before delivery. AI providers process information under their applicable terms and settings. Please remove passwords, access keys, sensitive personal information, and confidential third-party details before submitting material, and share only material you are authorized to share.

Marketing emails and unsubscribing

If you opted in to promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to a promotional email or emailing seoquickhelp@gmail.com with "unsubscribe." Unsubscribing stops promotional messages. It does not stop the service notifications we send about your questions, answers, follow-ups, or account that are needed to deliver your purchase and respond to your requests.

Your privacy requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact seoquickhelp@gmail.com with enough information to verify your identity. Audit inquiries are handled by Keep Getting Clicks for additional services quoted separately.
